It's been a week since my sweet Leetchee left us.
We were greeted urgently by Doctor Calvet.
We thank her for listening, and for hearing, accepting our requests and for taking the time.
We particularly thank Dr DAVAINE.
she looked after Leetchee and accompanied us during the last 2 days of his life.
His attentiveness, his patience, his gentleness were a comfort despite the immense pain we had.
She still took a moment to talk to me, comfort me, reassure me when I returned a few days later to sort out Leetchee's hospitalization.
Thank you for Leetchee and the attention, the affection you gave him. ❤️
For 25 years my dogs have been monitored and treated at the clinic. My dogs have always been very well looked after there and we have always received good advice from competent, dedicated veterinarians and ASVs who are close to the animals and their owners, including in the most difficult moments where they have always demonstrated professionalism, of empathy and compassion.
I went there in December for my cat who unfortunately had to remove all of his teeth quite quickly. I had an appointment very quickly, I had come from far away and the whole team was very accommodating. Then my cat had to be hospitalized for a few days, and despite the large number of patients they had in their care, they took the time to give me news every day, and always with great kindness and gentleness. I saw several veterinarians, as well as the people at reception, and everyone was very friendly and gave me all the necessary explanations. In addition, the clinic is bright, clean, it is a place where you feel good. There are two separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. A big thank you to the whole team, my cat recovered perfectly, I was very stressed to have to do this operation but everything went wonderfully.
